Ireland’s software luminaries were out in force last night (20 November) and, at a special event in Dublin, Tom Morrisroe, serial entrepreneur and investor, was named the Irish Software Association (ISA) Person of the Year.

The company has also established itself as a thought leader in employee recognition through their WorkHuman conference, which brought together prominent figures such as Arianna Huffington and Rob Lowe, to address how to create a better workplace, focused on the needs of employees. Globoforce’s platform is widely used by Fortune 500 companies across the world.
